15. Gyllyngvase Beach is the largest in Falmouth. Perfect for both sandcastles and rock-pooling. The Gylly Beach Cafe serves really good food.

17. Try Helford Passage for the beach, kayak and paddleboard hire, plus the renowned Ferry Boat Inn.
18. Visit nearby Trebah garden for a fantastic stroll, lunch
19. Truro is our capital city - visit for pubs, restaurants, the Hall for Cornwall or just for shopping!
20. The must-see Eden Project is about an hour's drive away.
